This may be a news worthy event! We are going to the park. IN AUGUST. Those of you (lucky) people who have no clue how odd and completely unthinkable this is... I am envious.
Usually we get all our park playing time in during the winter months. Then from about May to October, we hole ourselves inside and whine about the mind-searing heat.
Well, not today, people! We are going to do all the "summery" fun stuff in the 90 degree high day we are randomly having. It's like a clearance sale- for one day only... it won't feel like the surface of the sun!
