I bought another new, shiny thing today! I new printer! We've had a behemoth one for too long! The new one is sleek and cool. However.... it refuses to download to my computer. I have been online with tech support an hour now- and no luck! It refuses to work! How could such a cool, shiny thing make me so sad?! Now I'm talking to "Ernie" on the webchat-fixer-guy-thing. I have serious suspicions Ernie isn't his real name... and English is not his forte.
