Polar Bear Squares

Taking a break from the Norovirus circus to share a little lifeline I have stumbled upon. I bought far too much coconut for coating the birthday cake, and the kiddos were clamoring for a snack; I came up with this little treat to use up the two bags of shredded coconut I foolishly purchased. They are amazingly delicious, I may be making a few for myself! (The kids helped come up with the name, as the coconut looked like polar bear fur to them)

Polar Bear Squares

- graham cracker squares
- peanut butter
- sweetened coconut

Smear some peanut butter on the grahams and coat with a layer of coconut. Enjoy!

Now I need to get back to my sick, bored, tired, and extra grumpy family.
