I took all three kids to a cute little home dec store today. It was a long drive, a whole thirty minutes away, and even though there were tons of shiny breakable things, my kids were angelic! They used only one finger to touch anything, there was no screaming, I didn't have to raise my voice... not even once! It was amazing. I got a lot of shopping done (shhh! Don't tell The Husband) and everyone was perfectly pleasant.
I still can't get over it.
Wow.
Later on this week I'm taking Squirt to get her eyes checked... again. Glasses may be in her future too. Hopefully we can keep the mellow flow going all through the week!
See? I can be positive sometimes!
