Words!

I've been kinda worried about the girls' speech development. Just like I was worried they weren't making their physical milestones too. I suspect I may just be a worrier. So I read somewhere that at minimum kids should have a vocabulary of 50 words by the time they're two. So I decided to count how many words they know and use without us prompting them. (They can mimmick like nobody's business) The total was 48! Not bad!

  2. They could also have their own "twin" language. I know that was true for me and my twin brother Edward. :)

  5. i was worried about erik, because he didn't talk as much as jonni. i talked to the dr, and he said that erik was fine, and jonni was just a chatterbox; ahead of the game. the next week, erik started talking in complete sentences!! he just didn't want to talk until he had it all figure out, apparently! so don't worry about your girls; each kid has their own timeframe. ;)
